I work more deeply than many coaches, focusing more on discovering how you can unleash your inner potential than on skills and knowledge. However, coaching is goal-based and the first thing we’ll do is get clear on what you want to achieve or change with coaching. We’ll measure our success on whether we meet your goals.
I work with everyone from board members, chief execs and directors to junior managers, technical experts, entrepreneurs, small businesses, start-ups, school leavers and career changers.
Coaching is normally monthly for 90 mins. Fees are negotiable. I can come to your office or you can come to me. I have daytime and evening slots and work from a cosy room in Christmas Common near Watlington in South Oxfordshire. I also work using Skype. Or we can walk or sit in the countryside.
